Qualifications: B.E/B. Tech/Diploma preferred.
Candidates with experience in plastics background are preferred
Good communication skills with reasonable proficiency in English speaking & writing

Job Description:
? Establishment, Maintenance and continual improvement of IMS (Integrated Management
System) in line with ISO9001:2015, FSSC 22000: 2018 across the plant.
? Imparting training related to IMS requirements to plant team and evaluate effectiveness of
training.
? To ensure that the site SOP on respective QMS tools follows while execution and review
? Ensure update of FSMS tracker as per defined frequency, report the outages and review in
MRM.
? Development of IMS second line to ensure regular reviews and compliance.
? Periodic review of effectiveness of applicable standards, customer requirements and statutory
and regulatory requirements.
? Development and implement robust contamination prevention program.
? Implement robust Pest Control Management
? Control of documents through QDMS (Quality Document Management System) tool.
? Master list management & control of distributed hard copies of SOPs.
? Organize SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) deployment.
? Ensure ALCOA practices are in place in the plant.
? Finalize MRM (Management Review Meeting) calendar, organize MRM, capture action points,
and coordinate with respective process owners to close the actions.
? Circulate MRM points to the stake holders.
? Participate in periodic review by Regional Quality.
? On time response to customer on complaint actions.
? Review for correctness and completeness of root cause, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive
action), and follow up for timely actions.
? Submission of CAPA to customer on time.
? Conduct quarterly review and summaries the sustenance and effectiveness of implemented
actions.
? Organize and conduct Internal Audits and assigned AEA (Alpla Evaluation Audit)
? Conducting supplier audits as per schedule, review the corrective actions for effectiveness and
close out.
? Organize and participate in risk analysis and update of documents related to quality, food safety,
health and safety and process risks using the standard tool.
? Ensure on-time change proposals for change happened inside the plant.
? Responsible for initiation of change controls, related to Quality Assurance Department or Audits
observations.

? Responsible for assessment of all change controls, initiated at site and for tracking and follow-ups of overdue change controls.
