Job Description:
- Apply new techniques to improve quality and Production.
- Rejection analysis and accordingly process improvement to control and reduce the rejections.
- Inspection of Material and Quality output, Manpower controlling & Training.
- Maintaining production & maintenance record. Application of 5S, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE.
- Technique on several places or quality, production & workplaces improvement
- Production, Planning & Process Control.
- Record about all Martials, knowledge about Excel and World .
- Knowledge about ERP and SAP Likes RESERVATION, WO, STO, PO, MIGO.
- Knowledge about receiving, shipping and inventory etc.
- Daily stocks monitoring for better processment.
- Knowledge of create PO (Purchased Order) In SAP
- Making summary of approved bill and forwording all bills after approval to finance department.
- Making GRN rejister in computer ERP and SAP also.
- Supervision of store activity material handling, unloading from supplier, material issued to production floor.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be Diploma Mechanical with 2-4 Year Experience in Purchase procurement
Good Computer skills
Good Communication skills
