Customer Support Executive (Back Office)
Job Description:
Excellent communication MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calling newly acquired customers (mapped) for Onboarding, Profiling & Trading purpose
- Demonstration of Bigul’s products.
- Sharing Bigul’s research ideas with clients for trading and investments.
- Margin collection from the clients.
- Co- ordination with acquisition team /Customer service/ Branches for solving client’s operational queries.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience / Knowledge of Stock Market
- Know-how of Technical Analysis
- Good communication skills
- Graduate with NISM -VIII
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Products
- Freshers are welcome.
