HEAD/VP - IRON & PELLET
Job Description:
We are currently looking for HEAD/VP - IRON & PELLET in EXPERIENCE OVER ALL 350/500 TPD for well reputed steel plant at West Bengal location
responsible for the day to day operations management of sponge & Pellet Plant.
Minimum Working Experience in 350tpd & 500tpd & minimum 10 year at least Currently working sponge & Pellet Plant Division
Age Limit : - 50 to 55 year
Operation and maintenance of Sponge &Pellet making process. Beneficiation plant Operation and Maintenance Directing project activities for strategic utilization of available resources as per schedules; executing cost saving techniques to achieve reduction in terms of man days, raw materials & energy consumption Implementing maintenance schedules for various equipment, conducting periodic checks and managing documentation with a key focus on reduction in delay & equipment uptime Planning for execution of scheduled preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis & action plans and solving critical problems Process improvement to ensure qualtiy fo the output
Control the cost of production of the department.
Ensuring that the production capacity is as per plan.
Team management and work load scheduling, Training to the staff to boost production, efficiency and quality.
Budgeting and forecasting for the department.
Management reporting and budget control. Annual Production & Raw material planning as per Management.
Ensure that the production is cost effective;
Quality compliance. / Environment & OHS Compliance.
Inventory control through Controlling Sp. Consumption.
Continuous improvement in process & overall department performance.
Monitor the production and Quality as per customer requirement;
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
Planning for Environment Aspect & risk.
Cost control measures.
Employee involvement in performance improvement.
Co-ordination with all service department / division.
Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
Review worker performance monthly;
Identify training needs for staffs and workers.
