Job Description:

Plant Head - Looking for candidates with experience in the Sheet Metal Industry. Need leadership quality to lead a team of 125 heads

• Controlling project requirements from the manufacturing section and fed the requirement on time. • Implementation of ERP system and control manufacturing & project work breakdown structure. • Maintain manufacturing policy, capacity planning, production scheduling & delivering cost control. • Leadership to supply chain, with inventory controls, price & contract negotiations. • Techno- Economic Viability Analysis, Project Charter, Project report are a part of my KRA.. • Product Costing Sheet preparation considering all costs, taxes, discounts & royalty factor. • CAD prototyping of new parts & making CNC programs for complex parts. • Heavy fabrication process control on the shop floor level along with its quality constraints. • Making machine loading plans n take care of all production reports and inventory on shop. • Study of engineering drawings of different blowers such as Axial, Centrifugal, Jet-vent & Induction types & preparing method & Job sheets. Controlling Factory Stocks & monthly MIS reports. • Material planning for order fulfillment. Preparing master lists for plate material & consumption n stocks list. List out the bought out pats & maintain safety stock for all materials. • Making material master list and to identify the MRP items for smooth production activity • New Tool & technology ordering for betterment of processes & defect free products. • Holding concepts meeting plan Vs Actual on daily basis with material back flushing. • Skill up gradation by employee Training for fresher Associate. Making workers skill matrix. • Co-ordination with Design, Projects as well as R&D for new project implementation & improvement. Handling Factory as well as project stocks & requirement.
