Job Description:
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure Post Sales Processes
  • Prepare Legal Documents, Agreement viz., Registration, Taxes, Compliance etc.
  • Ensure SOP are correctly followed
  • Assist customers with bank related documents.
  • Coordinate with the sales and the accounts team to ensure the sales process is closed successfully.
