Product Specialist
Job Description:
- Here we need someone with Acoustic /NVH Background. Experience in sales is must.
- Develop, implement and monitor the technical and commercial strategy on the Indian market
o Study the competitive environment
o Provide business intelligence on the market to identify major projects
o Develop adequate means to expand the sales
o Perform accurate reporting of its activities, update the commercial database and provide business forecasts
- Establish and lead the sales/distribution network (distributors / agents)
o Expand the network within the designated geographical area
o Help establish yearly action plans, yearly targets and follow up on them
o Carry out regular visits to monitor business performance and achievement of objectives and report to management
o Communicate with distributors on new projects
o Drive the negotiation phases
o Sales Training of partners on new products
o Setup the marketing strategy
o Support the distributors in demonstrations and presentations to end customers
- Negotiating direct contracts/sales
o Identification of prospect in PCB and Airport market
o Collect the necessary information for the establishment of new projects/noise monitoring contracts
o Preparation of Lock in Specifications
o Submit the commercial conditions in line with the customer requirement
o Negotiating contracts/tender submission
o Payment follow up
- Reporting
o Regular updation of leads and opportunities in the Salesforce
o Monthly review meetings with product manager and joint quarterly review meetings with the Director of Sales
PROFILE -
? Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Instrumentation
engineering
? Minimum 5 years’ experience of technical sales or
sales management in the field of
Acoustics/NVH/Ultrasound
? Conversant with PCB’s and Airport Infrastructure
management companies will be preferred
? Ability to self-learn, and comfortable in using
instruments and software
? Proficient in spoken and written in English
