Job description

1. Ensure safe working condition of all employees. If any unsafe activity observed immediately contact with production head and safety head.

 2.To run all machines as per daily production plan (Quality of the product should be as per requirement).

3. To Achieve daily production target.
4. To ensure wastage it should not exceed from permissible limit.
5. Batch loss of program should be calculated within 2 hours after completion of production of that program.
6. To prepare production report and ensure all figure are correct.
7. To make all required raw materials are available in the vicinity of the mixer and ensure uses of correct grade of raw material (PVC resin, Plasticizer, filler etc.)

8. Run all machines as per standard process parameter for any deviation discuss with Production head and take the decision.
9. Proper allocation of the manpower in his shift, Optimum utilization of manpower.
10. Breakdown in maintenance should inform immediately to production head and maintenance team.
11. To develop machine history regarding maintenance done on the machine.
12. Active involvement in preventive maintenance, discuss with production head, maintenance head and generate the requirements of preventive maintenance.
13. Involvement in breakdown maintenance analysis.
14. Maintain documentation of production department as per ISO requirement.
