Job Description:

Role:

  • In charge of process mapping in the region, identify process enhancements and creating overall savings in the region. In collaboration with Coface functions (e.g. Risk, commercial, finance) assist with standardizing workflows across functions. Work with all countries in the region on these Standardization, Automation  and Digitalization initiatives, which will require close coordination and good communication to drive these improvements.
  • With the standardization identify efficiencies & implement new processes and drive continuous improvements. Champion Process Improvements in region and create a culture of continuous improvements with improved communication.

Responsibilities:

Process management

  • Consult and collaborate with functions to understand business needs, goals, objectives, processes and requirements. Assist with Managing Coface business processes and standardization initiatives with good communication
  • Assist business analysis and stakeholders in developing business process flows and identify improvements and efficiency improvements. Assist with continuous improvement and Six Sigma expertise and set up in the region
  • Facilitate and define process workflow / system enhancement areas to address business users' need. Assist with business process modeling, analysis and design in the region.
  • Support in the creation, implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for critical business processes. Align processes with business strategy and improving procedures
  • Drive digitalization, robotics, deploy new technology and lean knowledge in the region. Assist with new technical and business practices, liaise with users to improve operations via technology
  • Project planning, monitor and support the deployment process and ensure the deliverables are met with the user requirements. Work with internal/external parties to advise on business projects/initiatives and ad hoc inquiries after considering regulatory requirements, customer’s interest and business requirements.
  • Drive change management and drive change culture in the region

Reporting & Daily activities

  •  Provide data, statistics, KPIs and reports to COO/ CEO's.
  • Monitor the process activities and alert when necessary changes need to be made.
  •  Deal with out-bound communication as required by the company to all the necessary parties.

Risk & Compliance:

  • Adhere to compliance standards as set by Company's and Financial Regulators.

  • Strong analytical skills and be able to use data to identify trends
