Job Description:

Role Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the candidate include:

  1. Business origination through own contacts/network, pitches
  2. Responding to RFPs
  3. Lead and execute TAS engagements alongside a growing team
  4. Maintain strong client focus by being responsive to client and developing/maintaining productive working relationships with client’s (and target’s where applicable) senior management
  5. Work with key government entities/agencies, PE firms, SWFs, corporates and various financial institutions
  6. Network internally with other service offerings and their leaders. Identify opportunities to cross sell services
  7. Use business and commercial acumen in delivering services to the client
  8. Manage various aspects of IPO projects as and when they need to be executed 
  9. Work with MDs to recruit and train team members as needed. Use existing training aids and develop new training programs as required
  10. End-to-End project management including monitoring project codes, budgeted vs. actual recovery, team utilization, billing and collection 
  11. Work closely with the MDs to ensure team development, utilization and other aspects of team management

Type of Experience

  1. Candidates with experience across the TAS offering will be preferred but at the very minimum.
  2. The Candidate should have significant experience in financial due diligence and valuation.
  3. Candidates with prior experience on IPO transactions in KSA will be preferred.

Skillsets

  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Excellent skills with key Microsoft tools used in delivery of work
  3. Fluent business English (both spoke and written) is inherently essential.
  4. Candidates who can read/speak Arabic will have an advantage

Work Experience & Education

  1. Experience in a senior capacity in the KSA market is essential
  2. Master’s degree in Business Studies, Accounting, or Finance
  3. ACA, CPA, CFA or equivalent with adequate work experience will be preferred
  4. 12-15 years of Relevant post qualification experience (Financial/Transaction Advisory) is required
  5.  Big 4 experience is an added advantage
