Job Description:
Knowledge of Hank Dyeing process for wool, viscose, & silk
Managing plant operations like planning, process quality control, HR & IR activities,
commercial activities including purchase, warehousing & dispatching.
Process knowledge of carpets (hand tufted mainly) including weaving & finishing.
Compliance knowledge of legal, social and buyer audits.
Coordination with SCM team for customer order & right time delivery to sales team.
All plant level planning to be done based on SCM-HO requirement.
Responsible for Planning and implementing the overall strategy and operations in order
to maximize the process efficiency and productivity
Plan, execute and follow up the production activities and control the quality.
Daily Production Report.
Overall supervision of dyeing and finishing.
Monitoring the inventory levels at warehouses and internally to ensure rotation
and maximize working capital.
Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
Process Improvement & Optimization, Material planning & Shifting.
Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
