Job Description:
Market Data Technology is responsible for the global infrastructure that delivers real time and historic market data to hundreds of applications and thousands of users bank wide.
The principal objective of this position is to provide expert level Market Data technical support to business users and their Market Data applications and services, for Deutsche Bank locations globally, integrated in the Follow-the-sun support model.
The role requires continuous and proactive system performance monitoring of the Market Data environment utilizing specific monitoring tools, ITRS. Along with reactive response to issues and tickets raised by users or vendors. The successful candidate will play an active and key role in the day-to-day support activities, administration and projects associated with the Market Data environment. This covers over 100 applications including RMDS (Reuters Market Data System - Real Time market data delivery more recently known as TREP (Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform), Eikon, FactSet and Bloomberg just to name a few.
The individual will be joining a group that is chartered to implement and maintain all aspects of the Market Data environments outlined above to the highest standard. Providing second level support to both the users and the vendors. The candidate will be working in a technical team and will have both technical and functional elements.
