Job Description:

Scope of work:
• Applicant should be dynamic, leadership quality and be familiar / construction experience in pipeline
(CS/RTR), Plot Piping, Tank Fabrication, Aramco project experience will be preferred.
• Mechanical Site Engineer is fully responsible ensuring and implementing planned schedule on the job
site.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. Verify site proposal /
modification from sub-contractor’s and advice for technical quires to be resolved on site.
• Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy and ensure that all materials used, and work
performed are in accordance with the specifications and standards.
• Oversee requisition of materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended
project.
• Liaise with Project Engineer, Project Manager /consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners,
Quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local
construction regulations and by-laws.
• Communicate with clients and their representatives (engineers, Operators and others) including
attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site activities,
labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all
Projects and changes as per project requirement.
• Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Maintain and enforce compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC HSE, policies, performance
Standards and specifications
• prepare reports as required.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• He should be Proven working experience as a Mechanical Site Engineer
Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 5-6 years’ Experience.
• Excellent knowledge of site construction practices and techniques.
• Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 5-6 years’ Experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills is must and visualizations software such as AutoCAD added value
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards Saudi Aramco
Projects experience will be added value.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Project management and supervision skills
• Decision making ability and leadership skills
