Job Description:

. Overall in-charge of the HR & Administration of the company.
. Responsible & focal point of contact with all statutory bodies.
. Responsible for issues concerning industrial relations.
. Grievance handling & crisis management.
. Handling customer and government social compliance audits.
. Compliance & management of the statutory requirements related to personnel in the company.
. Handling employee welfare activity.
. Handled papers pertaining to Confirmations, Transfers, Termination & Final settlements.
. Ensuring compliance to SA-8000 standards.
. In-charge of the payroll processing of the Company.
. Responsible for management of the facilities like Canteen, Transport, housekeeping, security.
