Job Description:
Role And Responsibilities :
- Dialing inquiries and understanding the requirements and sharing relevant information about the properties.
- Updating all the information and scheduling property visits.
- Responding to inbound calls to provide information
- Scheduling follow-up calls and ensuring the clients are contacted.
- Allocating leads to respective sales executives and collecting feedback.
- Ensuring all inquiries with feedback are updated regularly in the software.
- Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities.
- Generating various MIS Reports and other pre-sales activities as per process.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices.
- Possess previous experience in a call center.
- 1 Year of related experience in marketing calls preferably real estate.
- Week Off on weekdays Saturday and Sunday working.
