CMM Operator
Job Description:
Measuring products at component level and assembly level.
Part programming for existing components and new project
components including Gear profile measurement.
Understanding measurement results and identifying variation.
Generating reports.
Daily and periodic maintenance of CMM.
Co-ordinate with CMM supplier to solve problem such as error,
doubts, abnormality of machine and AMC follow up.
Spare maintenance (Probes and critical items).
Temperature and humidity chart monitoring.
Maintaining safety procedure related to CMM.
Preparation WI for both CMM machine and measuring products.
Gauge and fixture preparation.
Audit support.
Working days : 6 days in shift rotation
