Job Description:
We are currently looking for company secretary for well reputed steel plant at raipur location.
Overall Company Secretarial compliance Exposure to fund raising related documents by way of bank finance, listed and unlisted debentures, equity and hybrid instruments Incorporation,merger, winding up of entities. Coordinate and follow up with lawyers, internal customers, CEOs and accounts team Filing of returns related to RoC(Registrar of companies) Taking care of RBI compliances and compliances related to FEMA/ODI Companies act compliance's Preparation of board resolution Conducting the Board meetings and preparation of Minutes of the meeting/ issuing extracts thereof Maintenance of register Corporate governance Charge creation and filing of charges. Accountability:- Over-seeing and responsible for CS compliance You will create an Impact If you Ensure efficient administration of the company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
