Job Responsibilities:
Market Development
- Market Development of company’s products and enhancement of sales through various marketing initiatives/drives.
- Driving Marketing Initiatives like- Counter meet, user meet etc.
- Business development through market visit at Retailers/End Users/site.
User & Influencers Development
- User Development of Key Outlets
- End Users’ Development through trainings as well as product application trials.
- Influencers connect on product specifications
- Assistance to Sales team/Retailers/End Users etc for solving market related issues like- product, product quality and application at user and site level.
Training & Development
- Giving various trainings (Product Knowledge/Application Training/ Training on Planning and Implementation of Market Development Module/ How to conduct user development meets) to SOs & end users.
Launching & Promotion of new Products
- Launching of products: Driving of end user connect program.
- Promotion of new products/applications as per new product launch module
- Providing market & users feedback of new launches
Market Research
- To conduct market research and collect systematic feedback from users| retailers| team as per module
- To generate market intelligence and track competitors’ activity.
