Job Description:

Looking for Only Diploma holder candidates for this profile.
BTech / ITI will not be considered.
Only Male preferred
First Telephonic Round of screening will be done, once CV received.
- Polish to achieve right surface finish on mold parts based on the defined requirements as per drawing specified finish and features ( like sharp corners )
- Ensure safety during polishing
- Upkeep of polishing materials/equipment/tools
- Follow polishing manual guidelines
- Maintain inventory of polishing materials
- Shot blasting, glass beading, laser engraving, dot peen engraving, part no. engraving, matt/gloss combination finishing
- Time record
- Align task schedule in line with assembly plan
- Ensure order and cleanliness in assigned area of responsibility
Qualification & Experience
- Experience in Toolmaking -2 Years
- ITI in Tool & Die making – 4 years
- Knowledge of Engineering drawing, filing & fitting knowledge
- Knowledge of materials metallurgy, manual tapping, sawing, deburring, lapping, honing
- Basic knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point…)
