Full-stack Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Full-stack Engineer (titled based on experience) interested in designing elegant solutions to difficult problems in the intelligent voice automation space. You will work across the Full-stack engineering stack: front-end application design and web infrastructure. As a front-end specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that our applications are usable, well-engineered, performant, and thoughtfully written. From back-end engineering you will design and build platforms, services, and configurable and scalable models. We encourage our engineers to take ownership over technical and certain product decisions from day 1, interact with product management and data engineering teams, and contribute to a fast-spaced, dynamic, fun, and transparent team culture.

Looking for someone who has the following skills:

• Has 2+ years of ReactJS, Redux and 2-3 years of JavaScript experience
• Demonstrable experience working with Flask or Django
• Has 1+ years of GraphQL experience
• 1-2+ years of experience building intuitive dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau and other BI tools
• 1-3 years of experience with programming languages - Python, Node.js

• Work at a cutting edge conversational AI company on a dynamic real time web frontend
• Implement modular UI components in ReactJS, TypeScript and WebSockets
• Contribute to UX and UI workflows and product design
• Analyze user behavior to optimize UX flows - focused on user efficiency and intuitive flow
• Implement billing and data analytics dashboards
• Develop and implement production-level APIs and integrate with back-end
• Design and build maintainable and scalable software

Nice to have:

• Experience at an early-stage start-up
• Conversation AI experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform / Firebase
