Job Description:
Job roles and responsibilities-
- Responsible for Learning & development of the Sales Force (PAN India).
- Heading the Learning & Development of all the verticals of Astral Adhesive.
- Should have experience in Management Development Programme.
- 10-12 days travelling in a month & meeting the Sales team.

Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing team and HR business partners to determine the training anddevelopment needs and define sales effectiveness priorities, initiatives and programs that will improve saleseffectiveness and drive results.

Monitors sales team progress against these initiatives and provides feedback to the business/leadershipteam as and when required.
