PHP Developer for Mumbai

Job Description:

This is a remote position.

1. Responsible for writing readable, optimized and manageable PHP/HTML/CSS/JS code that results in an optimized solution (following coding standards always like commenting!)
2. Planning the website architecture with seniors and assisting them with related elements
3. Converting design references (Figma, PSD, Adobe XD) into fully functional pages
4. Building CMS plugins and templates
5. Debugging and resolving frontend and backend errors (using server logs to your benefit)
6. Testing, deploying and documenting your work
7. Exercising the use of project management tools in the company to its fullest
8. Exercising high ownership and accountability as an integral part of your career at KraftPixel
9. Constantly learning, being inspired by the latest happenings in web development and growing towards a specialist or managerial role at KraftPixel

Requirements

1. 1+ year working experience of WordPress backend (code-level) and frontend development
2. Above-average knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP
3. Some experience with Javascript
4. Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
5. Good googling & debugging skills.
6. Good time management skills.
7. Basic English speaking and writing skills.
