We have an urgent opening for the position of Ecommerce Chat Process for a reputed Furnishing Industry for their (Wadala) Mumbai.
Responsibilities -
- Providing information regarding the company's Product on chat
- Responding to Customer's Queries
- Resolve the Query
- Sometimes need to attend the calls for a better understanding of the query.
- Coordination with the Team.
- Documentation work.
- Generate the leads
Office Timing:10am to 7 pm.
Weekly Off: Sunday
