Job Description:

WHAT WOULD YOU DO

As a Key Account Manager,

  1. You will work directly with the category managers to activate & grow the sellers on the platform
  2. Orient the newly onboarded sellers and help them get their first sales
  3. Help these artists and creators with technology, marketing, packaging, and all their day to day hassles, so that they can focus on what they are best at
  4. Work closely with high performing sellers and help them grow their business to new heights
  5. Give timely feedback and business insights to low performing sellers, helping them grow their business and retain on the platform
  6. Establish long term partnership with key sellers on the platform
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to define, drive, and launch improvements to the seller application

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience of sales/business development in a high growth startup
  2. Ability to work aggressively under pressure
  3. Great communication and strong relationship building skills

YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT 

  1. You are a self starter
  2. Love working in a fast paced startup culture
  3. Have worked in a SaaS/Marketplace company
  4. Have experience of building supply side of a marketplace
