Deputy Manager PPMC for Ahmedabad

Job Description:

• Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / CMA with Commercial background

  Designation: Deputy Manager 

• Brief JD:

  • Analyse historic data and determine production requirements
  • Coordinate with Plant heads and track production data on daily basis
  • Controlling inventory at each location by continuously monitoring fast & non-moving inventory
  • Oversee generation of monthly reports on category wise sales forecasts based on historic data
  • Oversee generation of daily reports on stock levels of all plants & depots
  • Identify pending sales orders and coordinate with plant heads to ensure execution of same.
  • Coordination  with Logistics Head, credit control head & production head for timely production & dispatch of material
  • Monitor inventory levels of every depot basis min-max data available on SAP, changing MIN MAX at appropriate time looking at current scenario
  • Participate in company audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors of the company
  • Assign responsibilities to team members on the basis of their skills and experience
  • Provide support and guidance to team members and foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory at each location/depots, timely communication of requirement / availability of marketing team and logistics team
  • Inventory management by providing liquidation plans for higher ageing inventory

   

  Additional Requirements:

  • Must be techno savvy having knowledge of advanced excel & SAP
  • Good communication skills with commercial acumen
  • Enthusiastic to learn and venture on new opportunities within PPMC team
