Hiring for Heat Treatment Engineers in Gears Manufacturing Industry
Position: Heat Treatment Engineer 02 nos
Qualification: – Diploma / BE
Experience: - 2-3 years in the heat treatment department
Skills:
- Able To Operate and Dealing with Metallurgical lab inspection.(Rockwell hardness tester, micro Vickers hardness tester).
- Microscopic inspection Such as Case Carburizing, Hardening &Tempering, Normalizing Process.
- Having Basic Operating & Loading Knowledge of Continuous Iso annealing furnace, Sealed QuenchedFurnace, Salt Quenched Furnace.
- Knowledge of Iso Thermal Annealing, Normalizing, Hardening & Tempering, Case Carburizing, Subzero Treatment etc heat treatment processes.
- Knowledge of spectrometer to check the raw material.
- Knowledge of Jominey test of a raw material.
