Job Description:
JOB PROFILE : -
• Leading the operations team in handling normal plant operations including start ups, shut downs and Shift management in Kraft Paper Plant, to operate Cheema Boiler, Double bed coal fired Working pressure - 10kg/cm2, Type of boiler- water tube, Capacity - 16 TPH/ HR
• All control room operations of the B&TG set, monitoring parameters and taking contingency operations as required.
• Taking decisions for operation related issues on real time basis without jeopardizing plant safety.
• Carrying out various tests such as Boiler protection tests, Turbine Protection tests, over speed test, partial and full load operations, Water and steam chemistry, handling black outs, safe shut-down and preservation.
• Monitor plant operations and handle emergencies including shut-down of units and load throw-off to control generation as per requirement.
• Analyze trip outs / faults &. skill to handle emergencies of Power Plant equipment.
• Emergency Equipment Trial and restoration of process and Equipment.
• Take care of efficient operation to maintain the operational parameter.
• Coordinating with plant maintenance departments and other external agencies for plant-related jobs.
