Flutter Developer

Job Description:

We are building products and platforms for businesses and looking for a Flutter Developer. The Developer must have deeper understanding of the product while collaborating and contributing suggestions on the application development. We design, maintains, and operates software platforms for various businesses and entrepreneurs. The selected candidate will have the chance to get familiar with the tech stack and existing codebase to deliver quality applications. Developer will be responsible for User Interface development of various android/IOS based mobile applications for various clients and partners. The developer will work in global, highly innovative and agile environment made up both by talented youngsters and senior professionals.

Flutter Developer Responsibilities
• Gain a deep understanding of the product and contribute ideas or suggestions to the
application development
• Understand the company and product goals, including the tech stack and code delivery
• Develop the application code and backing documentation of the delivered work
• Write high-quality software using Flutter while ensuring a robust and performant code
• Work collaboratively to facilitate effective feature development
• Diagnose issues and fix bugs to increase the application performance
• Carry out research, input suggestions for product improvements, and communicate clearly
on progress reports
• Work with teams to ensure the product meets all functional and non-functional
requirements
• Work on producing clean, readable, and testable code as a priority
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting flutter processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Interact with clients via slack, zoom and email
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure
you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both in
regards to estimates and to general process.

Flutter Developer Skills Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience developing with Flutter
• Must be proficient with Flutter, Dart, Java/Kotlin programming
• Previous experience with react js and react native mobile development
• Solid experience with UI and product engineering background
• Familiarity with large, complex codebases
• Strong hands-on coding skills for native mobile applications
• Understanding of best practices and a commitment to following them
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle
• Experience with automated testing and building
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other version control tools
• Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and
refactor the previously written code into readable state
• Knowledge of native build tools and plugins
• Ability to write well-documented, clean code and maintain the codebase

• Hands on experience in designing and developing micro-services architecture and containers
• Object oriented analysis, UML and design using common design patterns.
• Hands on experience in development IDE Android Studio, Android SDK, Firebase Test Lab
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours
• English Skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken english).
