Position : Customer Relations Executive – Collections Telecaller

Job Description:
I ) Handle incoming calls from & make outgoing calls to customers who have missed on their monthly payments (Collections - Soft Bucket), calling for EMI collection and recovery process
II) Handle incoming calls from & make outgoing sales calls to our loan customers promoting ECS ( electronic clearance system ) / SI ( standing Instruction ) / PDC ( post-dated cheques ) as a regular mode of repayment of the loan ( part of the Collections Team )
Desired Candidate's Profile (full time candidate):
1. Must be a graduate.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. Should be proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi.
4. Minimum 1 year experience in a Domestic / International voice process Call Centre, preferably in Collections or Sales process
- Ability to convince
- Be able to handle escalations
Shift: Monday to Friday - 9:30 am to 6.00 pm, Saturday – 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
Location: PUNE, WAKDEWADI
Salary: As per Industry Standards (range 14000 – 20000)
