Job Description:
Urgent Requirement for MANAGER - ADMIN & SECURITY for well reputed steel plant at raipur location.
Develop good Liaison with govt. Officials (Labour commissioner/factory inspector/police station /Tehsildar/RTO staff/Industrial health, Safety & Environment office/ Fire Station/ MIDC Officers etc) and with local politicians.Immense experience as Industrial/Corporate Safety, Security & Administration.All administration related activities viz Security Management, Canteen & Transportation, Guest Houses, Housekeeping, Stationary, Garden Maintenance, etc
Effectively implementation of latest safety & security policies.
Conduct various training activities, mock drills for factory employees, vendors, contract employees & security personnel
Departmental internal/external safety & security audits
Control & co-ordination of material In/Out movement& vehicle movement
Security & protection of assets, scrap & finish goods
Contract work Permit system, Visitors management system.
Able to handle huge security guards.
Maintain discipline, moral & motivation of subordinates.
CCTV Surveillance, theft control,crisis management, vigilance,IR & PR.
Situation control during Strike type situation, unionized employees manpower issues, wages negotiation, Union Polls.
