Key Day To Day Responsibilities

·         Developing end-to-end product vision and strategy in close collaboration with design, research, engineering and management teams.

·         Building, developing and leading a team of 40 to 100 people, prioritizing developing a diverse and inclusive environment for them to learn and thrive

·         Defining and delivering against a clear set of business and product metrics

·         Own and drive product initiatives - accountable for performance against metrics

·         Ensure that product decisions are data informed - based on strong logical rigour, in-depth analysis, and value data with opinions

We’re looking for someone dynamic and you’ll need to have the below in generous quantities to succeed in this role.

·         12+ years experience in Product, Program or Project Management, or similar role leading cross-functional product or software engineering teams

·         10+ years experience bringing a product from concept to completion, ideally working on machine-learned systems, and/or complex backend and front-end systems. Working experience with a AI or ML organisation would be a plus

·         5+ years in people management experience - Experience recruiting and building successful teams

·         You are highly capable of formulating bold and far-reaching product vision and strategy, then communicating it effectively to anyone in the organization — from the teams designing and building the products to the senior-most stakeholders

·         Deep understanding of software development for machine-learned products and services, and how analytics and evaluation data can help improve those products

·         You have experience working across a complex and evolving product set, using the latest techniques for product discovery and hypothesis-driven product development

·         You deeply value and have experience with hiring, coaching and leading diverse and high-performing teams of module leads creating an inclusive space where people can learn

·         You are steady under pressure in a fast-paced environment, capable of quickly and clearly prioritizing both your time and that of your organization

Education & Experience

• BE / B.Tech: CS/CE or MCA
  Experience in Implementations of Cloud, Application Testing & Support ,

·  Should have worked on Products / Projects built on PHP/Java/Node.Js

·  Should possess good understanding with Devops, AWS, AI, ML and Data Science

·  Experience in building Agile environment and culture
