Manager Logistic & Dispatch

Job Description:

• Appropriation of invoice with costomer receipt.
• Preparing E-Way bill for dispatch.
• Prepare new formats and record the material moments.
• Vehicle and Dispatch plan on daily basis.
• Present the monthly data in DMM (Departmental Management Meeting).
• Maintain the shortage in FG Stock.
• Give Direction to our associates.
• Kaizen Implementation and Sefty improment Activities in FG Area.
• Provide OSM (Operational Manual Sheet) for every new kaizen in responsible areas.
• Manpower time study record on sheet.
• Updates all FG Vehicle documents and check sheets.
• Countermeasure of internal issue.
• on time delivry report and internal daily analysis reports.
• Update the documents on time to time for audits.
• macking all kind Documents of Dispatched.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates must Be Graduate with 10 -20 Year Experience in ERP 

Good Communication skill
