Job Description:

JD for HR

  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
  • End to end recruitment- Advertising in job portal, Sourcing, Staffing, Interviewing, On boarding candidates, Joining and offer letters
  • Responsible for employee Life Cycle (on-boarding to Exit).
  • Responsible for Maintaining HRIS Data, On-time detail entry, New Joinee Entry, Transfer, Exit.
  • Inform about organization HR policies.
  • Maintaining Personal files & updating the same.
  • complete biometric attendance formalities
  • Responsible for leave and attendance management.
  • Processing Payroll
  • Coordinate with accounts team to release the salary.
  • Coordinate with consultant for compliance (PF , ESI &P.tax)
  • Process for Bonus & Leave encashment
  • Completing appraisal process and issuing letter of increment.
  • General Administration (AMC/ Pest control / Vendor management/ computer accessories & Stationery purchase / others)
  • Responsible for Sending Reports/ MIS

 

Skills - Required good English & knowledge of excel & presentable.
