Must have’s

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years DevOps experience and Agile principles.
• Strong project management and multi-project coordination skills.
• Ability to be flexible by adapting to changes in both priorities and work environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, great organizational skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Best-in-Class operation of our Google Cloud Platform.
• Disciplined operation, monitoring and assurance of all systems, including ERP, e-commerce, delivery.
• Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes on all environments.
• Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch.
• Regularly test our system integrity, identify technical problems, implement design, application developments, and other processes related to infrastructure, making improvements as needed.
• Update existing and design new processes as needed to optimize performance.
• Assist in the coordination and planning of our technology roadmap.
• Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure.
• Deploy product updates as required while implementing integrations when they arise.
• Automate our operational and and improve the development and release processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.
• Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Recommend and monitor telemetry of all server resources and external systems.
• Manage 3rd party partners to ensure best practice processes and software application upgrades work as intended.
• Test and examine code written by others and analyzing results.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

 The work timing for the below requirement will be 9:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST (Day Light Savings Time) or 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST (non Day Light Savings time).
