Job Description:
- Define and develop the business objectives in terms of user experience and customer service parameters for broking business
- Build upon our disruptive Proposition and processes along with creating communication points with customers directly or indirectly.
- Lead the competitor analysis and gaps within the business operations in terms of offerings, platforms, and processes.
- Identify avenues of process improvement to save upon operational costs or reduce turnaround time for service.
- Builds communicative, constructive, and effective relationships throughout the organization including the Business team, Operations, IT, and Marcom for effective process changes in a time-efficient manner.
- Should be able to deal with new concepts and complexity comfortably. Examines process issues carefully and thoroughly and understands their interdependencies. Can pull information and ideas from many sources and see the importance of many factors.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- MBA with 6-10 years of experience in Stock broking domain
- Experience in drafting Online processes or business transformation for stock broking business
- In depth understanding of broking business operation and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of Process Improvement frameworks like Sig sigma will be preferred.
