Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Product Manager for a reputed company. 

Responsibilities: 

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the roadmap, backlog, and delivery for our existing Mobile Apps (Android, iPhone), Desktop and Mobile websites, and an internal CRM tool. You’ll also be supporting multiple white label implementations of the app with our partners.

Roles:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the market landscape, segments, the user needs through research and participation in sales meetings
  • Establish, track and own key metrics for the product
  • Build, own and manage the product roadmap and backlog
  • Groom and prioritize the backlog into fortnightly sprints
  • Write clear and comprehensive user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and process flows
  • Work with the design team to turn wireframes into designs
  • Work with the development team to ensure those sprints are delivered on time and everyone is clear on requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Lead sprint planning and retrospective meetings
  • Proactively analyze user behavior data using Google Analytics, hotjar, firebase, and other tools to come up with actionable to drive key metrics
  • Support the sales team in writing RFPs when required
  • Champion the voice of the customer in all internal discussions
  • Represent Uprise in discussions with partners and vendors

Qualification and Skills:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum environments with the ability to coach best practice
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar with ClickUp, JIRA, or similar tools
  • Ability to lead and take ownership of individual projects
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • To be successful in this position, you will be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • You must also have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Desirable: Someone who can start Immediate
  • Amenability to work on AEST or GMT+8 time zones
