PLANT HEAD OPERATION

Job Description:

1). Manage operations to deliver timely as per customer demand

2). Consistent improvement in OEE as per targets defined  

3). Problem solving of the teams – Maintenance, Tool room, Quality, Plant HR, Production

4). Contribution in profits through efficient manufacturing in the plant

5). Plan capacities well in advance & contribute to enhance the capacity as per targets.

CIPET – Plastics processing or Mould making or PLASTICS or etc. OR Btech - Mechanical

8-9 years as a plant head in a sizable company – (Minimum no. of machines – 28-40) Must have handled Machines minimum 1800T. Plastic processing per month (Minimum 850-1500Tons)
