Job Description:
  1. Candidate should have technical expertise with Commercial financial acumen as  Commercial with minimum 8 year experience .
  2. Generate leads and lead a team on Commercial Advisory engagements
  3. Accountability to develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives 
  4. Accountability to submit and present day to day, monthly, Quarterly MIS reports on price trend, market analysis, forecasting, targets, inventory, funds in and out flow requirements and on various initiatives taken in the department, Concerns and to facilitate decision making on time to time
  5. Preparations & Analysis of Annual Operating Plan for the Plant in collaboration with cross functional team.
  6. Overall management of Commercial aspects at project Site. Maintain & scrutinize Site accounts. Handle banking function. Finalize monthly accounts. Fund management.

  7. Commercial Manager role requires a professional domain experience of 10-12 years in handling commercial aspects of steel industry
    Sound Commercial Knowledge & professional experience of various materials required for running a steel plant, procurement & storage of materials and contract management
    Industry Type Exposure Manufacturing / Iron / Steel preferred
    Role involves current & up-to-date knowledge of National steel industry trends, supply-chain synergies and the ability to drive negotiations
    Roles & Responsibilities / Duties to be Performed as Head Commercial :
    Procurement & Contracts
    Implement policies and guidelines for procurement of items required by the plant.
    Prepare and finalize material requirement of the Plant and continuously procure materials from vendors to ensure timely availability of material in the plant
    Provide inputs to annual business planning through guidance on manpower, maintenance & consumables-related availability from empaneled vendors
