Job Description:
- Responsible for Service delivery to Digital Influencers
- Strategize new initiatives for enhancing service delivery and ensure its execution at ground level
- Analyse and continuously monitor performance of team. Create strategy to achieve team targets.
- Budget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs of the team is met.
- Develop reward and recognition programs to achieve the desired business plan numbers
- Ensure quality standards are met and the achieve the desired quality scores based on intensive and structured training interventions and assessment
- Design structured onboarding processes and handholding for new Digital Referrals to achieve productivity targets and ensuring 95% Influencers are Active
- Undertake process improvement initiatives / projects to improve the efficiency and productivity in the areas of Influencer video quality & quantity, KYC conversion & activation, Lead generation and enhancement of digital footprint
