Job Description:
Meeting clients and prospects interested in buying properties & explain them projects & other details.
IVR Management (Customer Care Support) : Answer each and every call received on IVR system & other phone & provide them necessary information.
Preparing & sending IVR call reports to the operations head on daily basis.
Providing sales & after sales support to customers.
Keeping Company’s social media profiles, website & applications updated on daily basis.
Maintain Legal and Technical files of the projects as per required norms.
Maintaining and updating various databases on regular basis.
Participating in seminars, conferences, and other events to upgrade personal skills required to perform job and expanding personal network.
Greeting customers on their visits, wishing them during their special days like birthdays, anniversaries, festivals etc. via SMS/Whats app or by making calls.
Giving suggestions as in what more can be added to the matter posted on social media & website for betterment.
Managing website/e-mail inquiries as per described system.
Supporting all marketing/designing work.
Maintaining various whats app groups on phone systematically & keep them updated with various information, posts etc. as per the instructions given.
Flexible enough to serve any site office within Surat (as per management's discretion).

? Must Have minimum 3 years of experience in sales Department (preferable
from real estate industry)
? Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real
estate deals.
? closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment
received.
? periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated
returns using systems.
? real estate sales executives prefer recommendations to buyers and usually
refer them to property consultants who provide legal or mortgage services.
