Senior Software Engineer (Application development)
Job Description :
The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Application Development) will be responsible for the .Net, ASP.net, JavaScript, batch script, SSIS packages and database object development/maintenance along with its dependent part in our SAAS application. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and sustainment of the .Net code, databases objects, script, ensuring its operational readiness. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- .Net code development.
- Front end web page and JavaScript development
- Follow the release procedures set by the company from development to deployment.
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems, whenever needed during emergency.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities.
- Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentor ship and cross-training to other peers, QA and team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience required in programming (preferably .net)
- Recent Hands-on development experience
- Sound experience with SQL Server Development
- Experience in web service and other modern system integration patterns
- Experience in Kafka is a plus
- Experience in software development in HIPPA compliance application is a plus
- Proven commercial software development experience in application / data / web security aspect with commercialized Cloud-based application is a huge plus.
- Experience with IVR script development would be an advantage
- Experience with Cloud IVR development, integration, and operation will be a huge plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
- Ability to organize and plan work independently
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
- MCTS, MCITP, and/or MVP certifications a plus
