Experience & Industry Exposure
? > 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry of which at least 5 years of experience in Agri
sector.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Ability to influence distributors, dealers, farmers – leading to increase in sales
? Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
? Ability to think creatively and innovatively
? Budget-management skills and proficiency
? Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Position: Sales Manager (Agri Division)
Reports to VP - Sales
? Planning for achieving sales and collection budgets set out for the area & managing the same
? Reporting of Sales activities, results, opportunities & threats to VP – Sales
? Market intelligence & creating value proposition
? Increase distribution spread, strengthen dealer network and appointing quality dealers to enhance
channel confidence & motivate them for quality business.
? Conduct exploratory meetings with potential clients; enhance awareness and acceptance level of
business solutions in respective segments.
? Monitor and manage sales expenses within allocated budgets
? Ensuring Proper coordination & communication between Management & external stake holders
(distributors, dealer & farmers)
? Responsible for P&L of the allotted area
