? > 12 years of experience in manufacturing industry
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team
? Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
? Ability to think creatively and innovatively
? Budget-management skills and proficiency
? Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
? Familiarity with latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design,
production, etc.
? Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Position: Marketing Manager (Agri Division)
Reports to Directors
? Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation, products, and brand image
? Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
? Experimenting with various organic and paid marketing channels like content creation, pay per click
campaigns, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis, etc.
? Producing valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our
target groups
? Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
? Preparing and monitoring marketing budget on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis and allocate funds
wisely
? Overseeing and approving marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case
studies
? Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against
goals
? Analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting e-mail and advertising campaigns accordingly
