Job Description:

Role :    Cloud Services Operations        Role Description :    Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.                                                                                                                                                     Must have Skills :    Cloud Infrastructure        Good to Have Skills :     Infrastructure Operations        Job Requirements :    Key Responsibilities :    Responsible for managing and supporting the project IT infrastructure  Have broad and high level of understanding of several infrastructure related technical areas as a whole processes, production challenges, technology, etc as well as the needs of the application towards the infrastructure services  Azure PaaSDevOps, Kubernetes and Service Bus  Manage associated Azure support services for AKS VNETs, Public IPs, DNS etc  Ansible, Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines        Technical Experience :    Thorough conceptual and working knowledge and features of Enterprise Operating Systems Windows, Linux, Virtualization technologies, VBLOCK, Network hardware and Storage Technologies Deep understanding of the fundamental IT architectural components Network services, etc Knowledge on managing a Datacenter in terms of Monitoring, Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning Infra performance tuning Using native tools available in Azure service bus/Kubernetes Monitoring, remediation in Azure service bus        Professional Attributes :    Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and should know how to prioritize the tasks  Strong ability to communicate well in English orally and in writing  Capability to work with multiple teams and also with people in different time zone        Educational Qualification:    Btech or equivalent        Additional Info :    DevOps, Kubernetes , Service Bus managing IT infrastructure consisting of servers, storage, network
