Job Description:

Job Summary:

To handle Quality control of development of new products with related job responsibility.
Job Profile:

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Spectra lab, Calibration of Spectra meter & Other Instrument.
• Process control in Production.
• Sample testing (Inward Raw material & In-process sample test )
• Responsible for maintaining all ISO standards Documentation for Q.C.
• Coordination with production to develop new product, manufacturing and training methods.
• To ensure overall quality parameters.

Desired Profile:

Qualification:

• Min 50% in 10th & 12th Standard
• B.Sc. (PCM) with Material Testing dip. From NSIC/ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical /Metallurgy.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Analyzing and problem-solving skills
• Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
• Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
• Directing objectives to maximize profitability
• Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information & monitoring performance
• Supervising technical or laboratory staff.
