Senior Marketing Manager

Job Description:

• The incumbent of this role will manage the execution of end-to-end marketing communication tasks and will help develop and implement marketing communications units, including marketing collaterals, advertising, OOH and other sales support activities
• Act as liaison between various departments viz. sales, projects, legal etc. and the creative-communication agencies.
• Effectively coordinate the development, design, approval, production and distribution of marketing materials in partnership with internal and external teams.
• Ensure consistency of the company brand identity across all developed materials.
• Proficient in media (Print, Outdoor, Collaterals) understanding: Planning & buying
• Thorough Understanding of Outdoor media and Signages
• Coordinate all marketing communications projects
• Partner with product marketing managers to gather project needs and specifications.
• Brief the Creative Services team in design, copy, image, and content needs in the development of sales tools, collateral, advertisements, events, websites, newsletter, EDMs and other promotional activities. 
• Event management and coordination thereof with all the stakeholders.
• Campaign pre/post analysis and reporting thereof.
• Route materials for review and approval by regulatory and legal stakeholders
• Work with vendors on production schedules and manage and control inventories of various promotional material.
• Ensure department compliance with established standard policies and procedures (SOP)
• Monitor and report marketing expenses and process invoices and ensure timely payments.
