HR & Administration Executive
HARSH PLACEMENT SERVICES
Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to
understand and implement policies and procedures
ï‚· Ensure implementation of HR policy and manage revisions in HR policy as and when required
ï‚· Coordinate with consultants for HR compliance
ï‚· Oversee the maintenance, communication and destruction of personnel records as required by
law including local governing bodies.
ï‚· Plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule. Train
managers on appraisal system, and coach employees accordingly. Resolve grievances regarding
employee appraisals; provide counselling to employees and supervisors as needed and
ï‚· Ensure induction training for new joinee and proper enrolment process
ï‚· Ensure exit interview by HOD and HR department to get the feed back
ï‚· Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel
transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and
employee statistics for government reporting.
ï‚· Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions,
performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
ï‚· Prepares budget of human resources operations.
ï‚· Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
ï‚· Organize training program as per training calendar
ï‚· Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees,
search firms, or relocation services.
ï‚· Plan events or activities for employee engagement

ï‚· Knowledge of payroll software—as applicable
ï‚· Maintain employee data base at office and factory
ï‚· Ticket booking and travel arrangements for travellers and foreign delegates
ï‚· Organize events/ seminars in and around Mumbai
ï‚· Verify and authorize the expense vouchers of travellers as per company policy
ï‚· General Maintenance work of Office such as carpentry, civil, Electrical maintenance work
ï‚· Liaison with local municipal bodies – as and when required
ï‚· Arranging food/beverages for visitors during lunch time
ï‚· Managing work of receptionist/ peons
ï‚· Petty cash management for administrative work
ï‚· Verify expense vouchers and forward to HOD/ accounts department for approval and
ï‚· Security management
ï‚· IT related issue handling with outsourced agency
ï‚· Handling ERP related activities—coordination with ER vendor for resolving day to day issues
related to ERP (Optional)
ï‚· Asset Management
3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
ï‚· University degree or college diploma or MBA in Human Resources
ï‚· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR & Administration position
ï‚· Adaptability: Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible, versatile and/or tolerant in a changing
work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency.
ï‚· Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behaviour and business practices and ensure that own
behaviour and the behaviour of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the
values of the organization.
ï‚· Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both
internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organization.
ï‚· Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using
appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
ï‚· Foster Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve
problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
ï‚· Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
