Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Proforma, Sale Invoices & Purchase Orders in ERP
- Updation of Dispatch Details & E-Mail to Customers
- Co-ordination with Warehouse for Receipt & Dispatch of Consignment/Documents
- Co-ordination with Customers, Suppliers & Transporters for Various Shipments & documents.
- Preparation of Dispatch Documents & Couriering the same to customers.
- Updation of Insurance Sheet & Monthly Declaration to Insurance Agents.
- Updation of data sheets.
- Provide support to the billing and logistics Sr.Executive so as to enable productivity and effective utilization of time.
