Job Description:
- Candidate with rich experience in Production from professionally managed Pharmaceutical Cos (Formulations - Tablets / Ointment) is desired.
- They should be able to deliver results with accuracy & speed. Exposure to international audits is a must.
- Incumbent should be B.Pharm with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Production - Formulations - Tablets / Ointment and Operations management. The person should be able to lead the team and attain top performance.
- The candidate must be well versed with General Administration, Production management, Production Planning & Inventory Control, Man & Machine Management, Formulation & Development, QA & QC Activities, Warehouse, Accounts, Purchase, Human Resource Management, Finance, EHS, Export and Import Operations.
- Managing various projects while developing baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overrun and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the same.
