Hiring for Production In charge in Aurangabad for Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Industry
Post: Production In charge
Education: DME / BE Mechanical
Min Experience: 6 Years fabrication industries
Salary: up to 6 LPA
- Spearheading a team of 110 professionals, including fabrication & assembly team to drive planned production activities
- Responsible for Manufacturing, Production planning, machine maintenance resource utilization reporting to in charge
- Maintain and update productions related documents, visual management, and supervision of Daily work management.
- Description Daily morning meeting board updation
- Execute / Fill Up Daily Work Management Report
- Daily manpower deployment as standard norms & fill up sheet
- Daily taking Production Plan from HOD
- Ensure adherence to quality standards as per methodologies have given
- Daily Communicate With HR Dept. For Manpower Details
- Daily coordination with other support Departments to ensure the smooth running of the production line
- JH activity workout (cleaning, inspection,)
- Carrying out first piece inspection for quality
- Fill up Daily Production Report.; TPM Board
- Daily Fill Up Welder Allocation Sheet & Repeatability, Skill Matrix Sheet
- Daily Fill up Production Log Book & Communicate with Reliever /HOD Adept at performing root-cause analysis of defects while developing & improving the processes by taking corrective actions to prevent any reoccurrences & defective issues.
- Active participation in the implementation of TPM, 5S, KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE etc
- Making Monthly and Weekly Production Planning
- Weekly review about major losses contributing to maximize OEE &take action wherever necessary
- Good Knowledge of SSS, TIG, MIG & SMAW welding
